Rajay Surana, CEO, has over 23 years of experience working in the professional services sector. A certified Chartered Accountant, he has served as Executive Director of a GIS company and has successfully led large teams to perform land-surveys and map digitization of approximately 20000 sq. kms. of land. Throughout his career, Rajay has served on boards of companies and non-profit organizations. He is passionate about his work and provides leadership with a pragmatic approach to the SWAP team.
Kaanchan Ambaskar, Director, a chartered accountant, with over a decade of work experience as a consulting professional. She is a qualified Information Systems Auditor and is actively involved in monitoring and execution of projects at SWAP. Kaanchan has designed business processes for Finance & Accounts and Materials management functions and has been involved in their implementation.
Shailesh Deshpande, Director, has over 8 years of work experience with the big-four in the areas of management and technology consulting. He has served private and public sector clients in India, US and New Zealand including Federal agencies, Utility majors and the academia. Shailesh holds a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Pune, India and a Masters degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, USA.
The company also benefits from the advice of other renowned Chartered Accountants like V.K.Surana, Anil Parakh and Harish Waghela on its board and having vast professional experience of more than 2 decades in management consulting, audits and international trade law practice.
